Grand Nord Students Win in Five of Nine Categories at the 2024-2025 Tapage Awards

Sudbury, October 2, 2025 – Once again, several students from the Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord distinguished themselves by winning the 2024-2025 Tapage Awards in five of the nine categories. The school board warmly congratulates this year’s award recipients:

Year after year, Tapage, the youth initiative of the newspaper Le Voyageur, provides a strong and inspiring voice to young writers and budding journalists. The newspaper offers a unique platform to francophone students in Northern Ontario, strengthening their francophone identity and nurturing their creativity. This experience allows them to acquire essential communication skills while fostering a sense of belonging and pride in their culture and language.
